Coronation Souvenir Wool Blanket Queen Elizabeth Laxey Mills Stewart Dress Plaid

This is a "Coronation Souvenir" blanket made to commemorate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth in 1953. It is a Stewart Dress Plaid pattern. It was made at St. Georges Mills, in Laxey, Isle of Man.

It is 100% wool and is in excellent condition, no flaws that I can see. It has been packed away in a zipped container for years and was passed down to us from grandparents. It doesn't look as if it was ever used.
